For soldiers beginning in-processing at Fort Riley, sign in at the 1st Replacement Company in Building 208 on Custer Avenue which is next door to the Central Processing Center which is staffed 24 hours a day. The ACU uniform must be work during in-processing at Fort Riley if military personnel are signing in Monday through during duty hours which are 0800-1700. Soldiers should bring a copy of DA Form 31 (Leave Request), several copies of assignment orders, health and dental records, and military personnel records jacket. All in-processing Soldiers must sign in at the 1st Replacement Company (except for the following units: MEDDAC, DENTAC, CID, 166th Aviation Brigade, and mobilized reservists).
1st Replacement Company is on Main Post, in Building 208 on Custer Avenue, next door to the Central Processing Center, and is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all holidays. If signing in Monday through Friday during duty hours (0800-1700), the uniform is ACUs.
